Refund policy
Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the product must be returned within 10 days of receipt in the same condition they were sent (including cases and cleaning cloths).
There are no refunds on customized prescription lenses.
If preferred, Luxury Readers can allow a one-time exchange for a different color or style.
Please contact us immediately if there is something wrong with your purchase. Any frame shipped after its respective return window (10 days of receipt) will not be eligible for refund.
Please return items via a trackable method as Luxury Readers is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
